以循证为主导的综合性护理在显微镜下精索静脉结扎术后患儿中的应用

Application of Evidence-based Comprehensive Nursing in Children after Microscopic Varicocelectomy

目的:探讨以循证为主导的综合性护理在显微镜下精索静脉结扎术后患儿中的应用。方法:将2021年1月-2022年1月在福建医科大学附属第一医院行显微镜下精索静脉结扎患儿260例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(130例,给予常规护理)和研究组(130例,给予以循证为主导的综合性护理)。对比两组下床时间、住院时间、切口愈合时间,对比干预前后两组生活质量、心理状态,统计并发症发生率。结果:研究组下床时间、切口愈合时间均早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组生活质量、心理状态比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组的生活质量、心理状态均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组鞘膜积液、阴囊积气、睾丸萎缩、切口渗血、切口感染等并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以循证为主导的综合性护理在显微镜下精索静脉结扎术后患儿中应用,可提高患儿生活质量,改善心理状态,降低并发症发生率,促使患儿康复,可在临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application of evidence-based comprehensive nursing in children with microscopic spermatic vein ligation.Method:A total of 260 cases of children who underwent microscopic varicocelectomy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group (130 cases,receiving routine nursing) and study group (130 cases,receiving evidence-based comprehensive nursing) by random number table method.The time of getting out of bed,length of hospital stay and incision healing time of the two groups were compared.The quality of life and psychological state of the two groups before and after intervention were compared,and the incidence of complications was counted.Result:The time of getting out of bed and wound healing in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in quality of life and psychological status of the two groups (P>0.05).After intervention,the quality of life and psychological state of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as hydrocele,scrotal gas,testicular atrophy,incision bleeding and incision infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based comprehensive nursing can improve the quality of life,improve the psychological state,reduce the incidence of complications and promote the rehabilitation of children after microscopic varicocelectomy,which can be popularized in clinical application.
