玻璃酸钠联合重组人表皮生长因子治疗干眼的效果及对FBUT、泪液分泌量和OSDI评分的影响

Effects of Sodium Hyaluronate Combined with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor in the Treatment of Keratoconjunctivitis Sicca and Its Influence on FBUT,Tear Secretion and OSDI Score

目的:分析玻璃酸钠联合重组人表皮生长因子治疗干眼的临床效果,以及对其荧光素染色泪膜破裂时间(FBUT)、泪液分泌量和眼表疾病指数(OSDI)评分的影响。方法:选择2021年1-12月武警北京市总队医院收治的100例干眼患者,按抽签法分成常规组和试验组,各50例。常规组单独给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,试验组则在使用常规组药物的基础上,联合重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液进行治疗。观察两组临床疗效、FBUT、泪液分泌量、OSDI评分及不良反应发生率。结果:试验组治疗总有效率及治疗后FBUT和泪液分泌量均高于常规组(P<0.05),试验组治疗后OSDI评分和不良反应发生率均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:在针对干眼患者的治疗中,玻璃酸钠联合重组人表皮生长因子效果良好,可有效提高FBUT和泪液分泌量,降低OSDI评分和不良反应发生率,安全性良好,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Sodium Hyaluronate combined with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor in the treatment of keratoconjunctivitis sicca(KCS),and its influence on fluorescein breakup time(FBUT),tear secretion and ocular surface disease index(OSDI)score.Method:A total of 100 patients with KCS admitted to Beijing Municipal Corps Hospital,Chinese People’s Armed Police Forces from January to December 2021 were selected and divided into the conventional group and the experimental group by lottery,50 patients in each group.The conventional group was treated with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops alone,while the experimental group was treated with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Eye Drops on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical efficacy,FBUT,tear secretion,OSDI score and the incidences of adverse reactions in two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate,FBUT and tear secretion in the experimental group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),and the OSDI score and incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with KCS,Sodium Hyaluronate combined with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor has a good effect,it can effectively improve FBUT and tear secretion,reduce OSDI score and the incidence of adverse reactions,good safety,it’s worthy of popularization and application.
