防风通圣颗粒与依巴斯汀联合治疗对慢性荨麻疹患者的影响

Effect of Fangfeng Tongsheng Granules Combined with Ebastine on Patients with Chronic Urticaria

目的:探讨防风通圣颗粒与依巴斯汀联合治疗对慢性荨麻疹患者的影响。方法:选取2018年5月-2020年3月南平市疾病预防控制中心收治的126例慢性荨麻疹患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=63)和观察组(n=63)。对照组给予依巴斯汀治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予防风通圣颗粒治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生率、复发率及治疗前后的症状积分、生活质量综合评估问卷(GQOL-74)评分。结果:观察组总有效率为92.06%,高于对照组的66.67%(χ^(2)=12.406,P<0.001);治疗前两组症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组症状积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组GQOL-74评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组GQOL-74评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.076,P=0.783),观察组复发率为5.17%,低于对照组的19.05%(χ^(2)=4.790,P=0.029)。结论:防风通圣颗粒与依巴斯汀联合治疗慢性荨麻疹临床效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量,降低复发率,且安全可靠。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Fangfeng Tongsheng Granules combined with Ebastine on patients with chronic urticaria.Method:A total of 126 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to Nanping Center for Disease Control and Prevention from May 2018 to March 2020 were selected as research subjects,and divided into control group(n=63)and observation group(n=63)according to random number table method.The control group was given Ebastine treatment,and the observation group was given Fangfeng Tongsheng Granules treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate and symptom score and generic quality of life inventory(GQOL-74)score before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.06%,higher than 66.67%of the control group(χ^(2)=12.406,P<0.001).There was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,symptom scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in GQOL-74 score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,GQOL-74 scores in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.076,P=0.783),and the recurrence rate in the observation group was 5.17%,lower than 19.05%in the control group(χ^(2)=4.790,P=0.029).Conclusion:Fangfeng Tongsheng Granules combined with Ebastine has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic urticaria,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve their quality of life,reduce the recurrence rate,and it is safe and reliable.
