991例体检者尿液结晶检测结果及其影响因素分析

Analysis of urine crystals test results and influencing factors in 991 physical examination subjects

目的分析尿液结晶检测阳性率的人群分布特点及其影响因素,为泌尿系结石的预防工作提供依据。方法分析广东省人民医院2020年6月-2021年11月991例体检者的晨尿及空腹血样,采用人工镜检对尿液结晶进行诊断和分类,并分别进行年龄、尿液pH值、血糖、尿酸分组的比较分析。结果随着年龄增长,尿液结晶检测阳性率呈上升趋势,并且老年组尿液结晶检测阳性率明显高于青年组(χ^(2)=10.348,P<0.05);pH≤6.0组尿液结晶检测阳性率明显高于pH>6.0组(χ^(2)=10.500,P<0.05);高血糖组尿液结晶检测阳性率明显高于血糖正常组(χ^(2)=10.986,P<0.05);高尿酸血症组尿液结晶检测阳性率高于尿酸正常组,但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.661,P>0.05)。结论随着年龄增长,尿液结晶检测阳性率呈上升趋势,尿pH≤6.0、高血糖是尿液结晶形成的重要影响因素。

Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of positive urine crystals,so as to provide reference for the prevention of urinary calculi.Methods The morning urine and fasting blood samples were collected randomly from Jun.2020 to Nov.2021 in Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital.All urine samples were examined with manual microscopy to diagnose and classify urine crystals.The age,pH value,glucose and uric acid were analyzed.Results With the increase of age,the positive rate of urine crystals increased,and the positive rate of urine crystals in the old group was significantly higher than that in the young group(χ^(2)=10.348,P<0.05).The positive rate of urine crystals in the pH≤6.0 group was significantly higher than that in the pH>6.0 group(χ^(2)=10.500,P<0.05).The positive rate of urine crystals in the hyperglycemia group was significantly higher than that in normal blood glucose group(χ^(2)=10.986,P<0.05).The positive rate of urine crystals in the hyperuricemia group was higher than that in the normal uric acid group,but there was no significant difference(χ^(2)=2.661,P>0.05).Conclusion With the increase of age,the positive rate of urine crystals increases;urine pH≤6.0 and hyperglycemia are important factors in the formation of urine crystals.
