摘要
近年来,前列腺癌的诊疗不断优化并取得了长足的发展。然而,如何找到患者的最适治疗方案以及如何建立行之有效的标志物等问题也亟待解决。环状RNA(circRNA)是一类通过反向剪接和外显子跳跃形成共价闭合环的非编码RNA,已被证实在前列腺癌方案评估、优化患者预后等方面中具有重要作用,且极具成为前列腺癌的诊断和预后生物标志物的潜能。本文综述了circRNA在前列腺癌中发挥作用的分子机制及研究进展,以期为circRNA在前列腺癌的诊治及预后等方面提供新思路。
In recent years,the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer have been continuously optimized and considerable progress has been achieved.However,how to find the most suitable therapy and how to establish effective biomarkers remain to be solved.Circular RNA(circRNA),a type of non-coding RNA that forms a covalently closed loop through reverse splicing and exon skipping,plays a significant role in the evaluation of prostate cancer protocols and optimization of patients'prognosis,and has the potential to become a biomarker for the diagnosis and prognosis of prostate cancer.This paper reviews the molecular mechanism and research progress of circRNA in prostate cancer,hoping to provide new strategies for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of prostate cancer.
