朔黄铁路大机捣固预测与维修决策系统研发 被引量:4

摘要 针对朔黄重载铁路线路设备特点和大机捣固维修管理实际需求,研发了朔黄铁路大机捣固预测与维修决策系统。该系统集成了朔黄铁路轨道质量分级管理标准、轨道质量发展规律预测、大机捣固经济维修决策等技术,实现了朔黄重载铁路线路运维数据管理,大机捣固质量指数(MTQI)及其劣化率分布分析与趋势预测、大机捣固维修决策及作业效果评估等功能,为朔黄铁路大机捣固维修提供科学化、智能化决策支持。 According to the equipment characteristics of Shuozhou-Huanghua heavy haul railway line and the actual needs of large maintenance machinery tamping maintenance management,a tamping prediction and maintenance decision system for Shuozhou-Huanghua railway large maintenance machinery was developed. The system integrates technologies such as Shuozhou-Huanghua railway track quality classification management standard,track quality development law prediction,large maintenance machinery tamping economic maintenance decision,and realizes the functions of Shuozhou-Huanghua heavy haul railway line operation and maintenance data management,machine tamping quality index(MTQI)and its deterioration rate distribution analysis and trend prediction,large maintenance machinery tamping maintenance decision and operation effect evaluation,which could provide scientific and intelligent decision support for the tamping maintenance of large maintenance machinery of Shuozhou-Huanghua railway.
