自轮运转设备标准化出乘作业管理技术

摘要 针对当前自轮运转设备出乘作业管理存在的文件电子化程度低、故障判断人为主观意识强和自动化程度低等问题,结合实际调研及现场人员沟通交流,开发了一套自轮运转设备标准化出乘作业的管理技术系统。基于智能移动终端,运用WIFI技术和4G公网无线通信技术,完成了手持移动终端和车载处理单元、车载处理单元与地面管理系统、地面管理系统与手持移动终端的实时数据传输,实现了施工作业日志、巡检过程记录文件、出乘人员信息等重要文件的电子化和规范化,出乘作业前后各检测项点的检查过程标准化及故障识别判断的智能化,为实现自轮运转设备全寿命周期数字化管理目标提供技术支撑。 Aiming at the problems of low electronic level of documents,strong subjective consciousness of fault judgment and low degree of automation in the current ride operation management of self-rolling running equipment,a set of management technology system for standardized ride operation of self-rolling running equipment was developed based on actual investigation and on-site personnel communication. Based on the intelligent mobile terminal,the real-time data transmission between the handheld mobile terminal and the vehicle processing unit,the vehicle processing unit and the ground management system,the ground management system and the handheld mobile terminal was completed by using WiFi technology and 4G public network wireless communication technology. It could realize the electronization and standardization of important documents such as construction operation log,inspection process record file,ride personnel information,and the standardization of inspection process of each inspection item before and after ride operation and the intellectualization of fault identification and judgment. It could provide technical support for the realization of digital management objectives of self-rolling equipment throughout its life cycle.
