摘要
L型套管压裂水平井能解决低渗、构造煤发育区改造困难的问题,分段压裂改造技术是提高单井产气量的关键技术。通过以沁水盆地南部L型套管压裂水平井为研究对象,对普通油管底封拖动、扩径喷枪、连续油管、桥射联作四种段压裂改造工艺展开了适应性分析及开发效果评价。分析结果表明:桥射联作和连续油管压裂工艺单井产气效果明显优于普通油管底封拖动和扩径喷枪分段压裂压裂工艺,可以作为L型套管压裂水平井主体压裂工艺。
The L-shaped casing fractured horizontal well can solve the problems of low permeability and difficult reconstruction in the structural coal development area.The staged fracturing technology is the key technology to improve single well gas production.Taking L-shaped casing fractured horizontal well in the southern Qinshui Basin as the research object,the adaptability analysis and development effect evaluation are carried out on four fracturing techniques,including conventional tubing bottom sealing drive,expanding spray gun,coiled tubing and bridge firing.The analysis results show that the effect of bridge firing and coiled tubing fracturing on single well gas production is better than that of conventional tubing bottom sealing drive and expansion spray gun stage fracturing,thus can be used as the main fracturing processes for L-shaped casing fracturing horizontal well.
