近年,积极应对气候变化、加快推进低碳减排和能源转型在全球范围内形成共识,许多国家提出了碳达峰、碳中和目标。作为全球能源行业的重要组成部分,石油石化行业首当其冲,受到来自政府、社会、投资人等的巨大压力,企业纷纷提出绿色低碳转型的目标和行动计划,力图加快实现低碳转型发展。文章研究总结了全球主要石油石化企业低碳转型的动因、目标和战略,并对其转型主要实践进行了梳理和分析,在此基础上提出了中国石油石化企业低碳转型发展的有关启示和建议。

It has been reached consensus that carbon emission should be reduced and energy transition should be implemented to meet the global challenge of climate change.As one major part of energy industry and a massive emission producer,global petroleum and petrochemical enterprises have been under great pressure from societies.Most of them follow the requirements and make their own goals and plans to speed up the carbon emission reduction as well as energy transition.The article summarizes and analyzes the goals,targets,strategies and practices of major petroleum and petrochemical enterprises and accordingly raises advice for reference.
