摘要
当今世界,在经济全球化的影响下,企业竞争越来越多地表现在企业文化的竞争。软件企业责任文化是指软件企业以高度的责任感所具有的发展理念、价值追求、行为准则,是企业软实力的重要体现。企业通过承担各种社会责任,能更好地树立企业形象,从而提高企业竞争力。在已有的研究中,企业责任文化建设理论与实践证明了企业责任文化建设能够推动企业的发展与成功。
In today’s world,under the profound influence of economic globalization,more and more enterprise competition is reflected in the competition of enterprise culture.The corporate responsibility culture of software enterprises refers to the development concept,value pursuit and code of conduct of software enterprises with a high sense of responsibility,it is an important embodiment of the soft power of enterprises.Enterprises can better establish their corporate image by assuming various social responsibilities,so as to improve their competitiveness.In the existing research,the theory and practice of corporate responsibility culture construction have proved that corporate responsibility culture construction can promote the development and success of enterprises.
