乡村振兴背景下我国农村住房问题研究

Research on rural housing problems in China under the background of rural revitalization

文章以2020年党的十九届五中全会中提出的乡村振兴战略目标及“三农”发展问题为大背景,重点研究农村住房问题。通过分析农村住房现状,发现农村存在房屋闲置与急需现象、农村居民住房需求日益增加、农村住房质量良莠不齐以及农村住房相关设施不完善等问题,随后文章为解决农村住房问题提出一些可行性建议,为建设新农村、助推乡村振兴共同发力。

This paper takes the strategic goals of rural revitalization and the development of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”proposed at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in 2020 as the background,focusing on the problem of rural housing.Through the analysis of the current situation of rural housing,it is found that there are idle and urgent housing phenomena in rural areas,the increasing demand for housing for rural residents,the uneven quality of rural housing and the imperfect facilities related to rural housing,etc.This paper then puts forward some feasible suggestions for solving the problem of rural housing,and jointly exerts efforts to build new rural areas and promote rural revitalization.
