北部湾城市群经济-社会-环境耦合协调发展研究——以湛江、南宁、海口为例

A study on the coordinated development of Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration with economic social environment coupling——Taking Zhanjiang,Nanning and Haikou as examples

一个地区或区域的可持续发展离不开、经济社会与环境三者相协调。文章以湛江、南宁、海口三城市为例,构建经济-社会-环境复合系统指标体系,通过运用耦合协调度模型测算北部湾城市群2010~2019年经济-社会-环境耦合协调状况,结果表明:北部湾城市群经济-社会-环境耦合协调呈现不断优化的趋势;经济、社会、环境三大系统之间虽然处于高度耦合状态,但近年各系统之间的互动水平有所降低;北部湾城市群经济社会的发展对环境的负面影响随着时间的推移在不断减弱,但仍有较大改善空间。因此北部湾城市群应突破行政区划界线,协同发展,在推动经济高质量增长的同时,加大生态环境保护力度。

The sustainable development of a region is inseparable from the coordination of economy,society and environment.Taking Zhanjiang,Nanning and Haikou as examples,this paper constructs the index system of economic social environmental composite system,and calculates the economic social environmental coupling coordination of Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration from 2010 to 2019 by using the coupling coordination degree model.The results show that:Although the three systems of economic and social environment are highly coupled,the level of interaction among them has been reduced in recent years;the negative impact of the economic and social development of Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration on the environment is weakening with the passage of time,but there is still room for improvement.Therefore,the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration should break through the administrative division,coordinate development,promote high-quality economic growth,and strengthen the ecological environment protection.
