基于灰色关联分析-TOPSIS模型的高技术产业发展水平评价

摘要 高技术产业是国际科技竞争的重要阵地,发展高技术对推动产业结构的升级、提高劳动生产率和经济效益有着不可替代的作用。为研究高技术产业的发展现状,选取了5个维度17个指标,将灰色关联度分析与TOPSIS结合,提出一种高技术产业发展水平的综合评价模型并对各行业进行横向比较,结果表明:电子及通信设备制造业排名最高,医药制造业次之,信息化学品制造业排名最低,且各行业中的最低分和最高分相差较大。 High tech industry is an important position in international scientific and technological competition.The development of high technology plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure and improving labor productivity and economic benefits.In order to study the development status of high-tech industry,five dimensions and seventeen indicators are selected,and a comprehensive evaluation model of the development level of high-tech industry is proposed by combining grey correlation analysis with TOPSIS.The results show that the electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry ranks the highest,the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry ranks the second,and the information chemical manufacturing industry ranks the lowest,and there is a large difference between the lowest score and the highest score in various industries.
