用户在线评论驱动的产品推荐与设计改进研究

摘要 以消费者为中心成为企业经营管理理念的核心。大数据环境下,如何快速挖掘消费者需求信息是企业关注的重心。文章以消费者生成的在线评论为研究对象,运用文本挖掘技术,从在线评论中提取出产品属性,计算评论的情感得分。然后,依据用户需求进行个性化产品推荐,并从负面评价中挖掘出需要改进的产品属性,为消费者和企业提供决策支持。 Customer focus has become the core of enterprise management.In the big data era,it is important to mine consumer demand as quickly as possible.We first use text mining to identify product aspects from online reviews,and calculate sentiment polarity and sentiment strength.Then,personalized recommendations are made according to customer demand,and product aspects that need to be improved are mined from negative comments.These provide decision support for consumers and enterprises.
