ESG评分对上市公司盈利能力的影响研究——基于A股上市公司经验证据

Research on the impact of ESG score on the profitability of listed companies——Based on the empirical evidence of A-share listed companies

在“双碳”目标提出和经济转型的大背景下,企业的ESG表现成为评价企业良莠的新标准,诸多评级公司也就企业ESG表现进行评价。ESG作为在“双碳”时代背景下对企业的评价方向,对企业的业绩可能会产生较大的影响。文章基于2011~2019年我国沪深两市1111家上市公司的面板数据进行了固定效应回归检验,证实了企业的ESG评分对企业的业绩具有正向促进作用。最后,文章还进一步对样本展开异质性分析,发现在ESG评分对国有企业盈利能力的影响更为显著。

Under the background of“double carbon”and economic transformation,the ESG performance of enterprises has become a new standard for evaluating the good and bad of enterprises,and many rating companies also evaluate the ESG performance of enterprises.As the evaluation direction of enterprises in the“dual carbon”era,ESG may have a greater impact on the performance of enterprises.Based on the panel data of 1111 listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2019,this paper conducts a fixed-effect regression test and confirms that the ESG score of companies has a positive role in promoting corporate performance.Finally,this paper further analyzes the heterogeneity of the sample,and finds that the ESG score has a more significant impact on the profitability of state-owned enterprises.
