摘要
利用中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)2018年数据,采用o-logit模型进行基础回归,随后更换o-probit以及Poisson模型进行稳健性检验,最后进行分样本回归,实证分析了人力资本对劳动力就业质量的影响。研究结果发现,人力资本显著影响就业满意度:越健康的劳动力的就业满意度越高,进而就业质量越好;个体受教育水平越高,就业满意度就越高,就业质量越好;人力资本对就业质量的影响在代际之间存在差异。综上,改善劳动力的就业质量,要从劳动者自身出发,提高劳动力的受教育水平,增强劳动力的自身素质,以便更好地促进就业,提高我国劳动力的就业质量。
Using the 2018 data of China Family Panel Studies(CFPS),this paper empirically analyzes the impact of human capital on labor employment quality by using o-logit model.The results show that human capital has a significant impact on the quality of labor employment:The healthier the labor force,the higher the employment satisfaction,and then the better the employment quality;the higher the individual’s education level,the higher the employment satisfaction and the better the employment quality;the impact of human capital on employment quality is different between generations.To sum up,to improve the employment quality of the labor force,we should start from the workers themselves,improve the education level of the labor force and enhance the quality of the labor force,so as to better promote employment and improve the employment quality of China’s labor force.
