摘要
使用七水硫酸亚铁氧化煅烧制酸,用辊道窑进行中试实验发现:物料只能铺2—3cm厚半成品一水硫酸亚铁,可以完全分解。在脱水温度300—450℃、脱硫温度800—900℃的条件下,只要保证煅烧环境氧气量充足,SO转化为SO的转化率可以达到80%以上。
Using ferrous sulfate heptahydrate to oxidize and calcine acid,The pilot experiment with roller kiln found that:The material can only be paved with 2-3 cm thick semi-finished ferrous monohydrate,which can be completely decomposed.Dehydration temperature is 300-450℃,desulfurization temperature is 800-900℃,As long as the amount of oxygen in the calcination environment is sufficient,the conversion rate of SOto SOcan reach more than 80%.
