This article focuses on the principle of SOPRECO,function and design requirements of the regulation system of single carbonization chamber.This system was successfully put into use in the vanadium 7.0 m large volume top charging coke oven of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,and the pressure in the carbonization chamber remained stable.With the help of the smokeless coal loading truck,it basically achieved no smoke during coal loading and reduced the gas overflow in the coking process.
