摘要
含钼废料由于氨不溶物含量较高,粒度较细,质量达不到客户需求而形成积压。目前该回收料主要是返回至钼酸铵氨浸工序进行重溶,增加了生产成本。研究这部分回收料处理工艺,对降低成本,减少库存积压,具有重要意义。
Molybdenum-containing waste has a backlog due to the high content of ammonia insoluble matter,the particle size is fine,and the quality cannot meet customer needs.At present,the recycled material is mainly returned to the ammonium molybdate ammonia immersion process for resolution,which increases the production cost.Studying this part of the recycling material treatment process is of great significance to reduce costs and reduce inventory backlogs.
