双掺混凝土采用高温蒸养工艺的应用研究

摘要 通过观测蒸汽、自然养生工艺下双掺混凝土多龄期的抗压强度、抗压弹性模量、回弹推定强度数据趋势发现,在合理的蒸养温度及时间下,采用蒸养工艺养护的混凝土预制梁出炉后即可满足设计要求,与自然养护方式相比,单榀梁制作周期可以节约3天。回归分析其试件强度与龄期的相关性R~2均大于0.95,回弹推定抗压强度与龄期的相关性R~2大于0.90,试件抗压强度、回弹推定强度差值与龄期的相关性R~2大于0.99。 By observing the data trend of compressive strength,compressive elastic modulus and rebound estimated strength of double mixed concrete under steam and natural curing process,it is discovered that under reasonable steam curing temperature and time,the concrete precast beam cured by steam curing process can meet the design requirements after being discharged from the furnace.Compared with natural curing method,the manufacturing cycle of single beam can be saved by 3 days,Through regression analysis,the correlation R~2 between specimen strength and age is greater than 0.95,the correlation R~2 between rebound estimated compressive strength and age is greater than 0.90,and the correlation R~2 between specimen compressive strength,rebound estimated strength difference and age is greater than 0.99.
