“1+X”证书制度下高职电子商务专业人才培养模式的探析

The“1+X”Certification-based Exploration of Talent Training Model for E-commerce Majors in Vocational Colleges

当前“1+X”证书制度试点是高职教育改革的热点,本文从“1+X”证书制度的内涵、意义入手,剖析当前高职电商专业人才培养的困境,提出对应的措施;从人才培养目标、课证融合课程体系、多元化校企合作、专业校企师资团队四个层面进行优化,为实施“1+X”证书制度试点提供参考。

As the pilot practice of“1+X”certification system is becoming one of the hot spots for the vocational education reform,analyzing the current difficulties the vocational colleges have in training e-commerce majors and proposing possible solutions in terms of the objectives of talent training,curriculum system with course-certificate integration,pluralistic cooperation between colleges and corporations and the professional training team for the cooperation.This case study shed a light on the pilot practice of“1+X”certification system.
