三全育人视角下高校学生社区育人模式探索——以广州城建职业学院为例

Exploration of the Community Education Model of College Students from the Perspective of Sanquan Education——Taking Guangzhou City Construction College as an Example

随着高等教育教学改革的不断推进,学生社区作为学生学习、生活、工作、休闲、娱乐、交流、休息的重要场所,在高校人才培养工作中的作用越来越重要,是三全育人体系中的重要组成部分。本文通过分析“五进社区”建设体系,探索“五育协同”学生社区育人模式,结合广州城建职业学院相关学生工作开展情况,对现存问题提出改进建议,进一步将学生社区打造成为治理美、环境美、和谐美、服务美、生活美的“五美”幸福之家,服务培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。

With the continuous advancement of the teaching reform of higher education,the student community,as an important place for students to study,live,work,leisure,entertainment,exchange,and rest,plays an increasingly important role in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.It is an important part of sanquan education system.This paper analyzes the“five-entry community”construction system,explores the“five-education coordination”student community education model,and combines the development of relevant student work in Guangzhou City Construction College,and proposes improvements for existing problems,and further builds the student community into a happy home of beautiful environment,beautiful harmony,beautiful service and beautiful life,which serves to cultivate the socialist builders and successors who develop comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical education,and labor.
