In the new era,strengthening the construction of grass-roots party organizations in higher vocational colleges is of great significance for guarding the educational position,consolidating the ideological and political education of college students,and promoting the growth of students.This paper summarizes the main practices of the construction of grass-roots party organizations in Xinjiang vocational colleges in recent years,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward effective ways to strengthen the construction of grass-roots party organizations in Xinjiang vocational colleges in the new era.
