体外仿生胃肠道模型是模拟人或动物的胃肠道及其生理环境的装置,近年来被广泛应用于模拟食物营养成分的消化和吸收过程、功能性食品的功效性评估、口服药物制剂的体内溶出度预测、婴幼儿奶粉配方优化等领域。
The in vitro bionic gastrointestinal model is a device that simulates human or animal gastrointestinal tract and its physiological environments,which has been widely used in food science and pharmaceutical industry.
