大深度水下耐压结构开口连接试验研究

摘要 大深度水下耐压结构模块化的开口连接是未来的发展趋势,本文提出一种采用轴向凹凸台法兰对接-径向单道O型圈密封-周向均布螺栓紧固的开口连接结构型式。为考察该开口连接结构在深海环境下长期服役的安全性和密封性,建立一种可同时考虑深水压力和海水腐蚀耦合影响的海水压力环境模拟试验方法。大尺度开口连接结构模型长期性试验结果表明,该开口连接结构的耐压和密封性较好,且长期有效可靠,可以为大尺度大深度水下耐压结构设计提供技术依据和应用参考。 A open connection structure which has characteristic of connecting with concave-convex table flange at axial,sealing of single O-ring at radial,fastening with evenly distributed bolts at circumferential had been applied to deep pressure structure.In order to assess the safety and tightness of the open connection structure,a test method of sea water pressure environment simulation with pressure and corrosion had been proposed.The result of long term test of the large-scale model in sea water pressure environment simulation test system showed that the open connection structure has good pressure resistance and sealing performance,and is effective and reliable for a long time.The research can provide technical basis and application reference for the design of pressure structure of similar large-scale deep-sea system.
