中国国有企业改革热点研究综述(2000—2021年)——基于CiteSpace的知识图谱分析

Review on Hotspot Research of China’s State-Owned Enterprises Reform(2000—2021):Based on the Knowledge Map Analysis of CiteSpace

对国有企业改革的研究一直是我国学术界的热点。随着改革政策的变化,研究热点和趋势也随之发生变化。基于中文社会科学引文索引(CSSCI)数据库,以“国有企业”与“改革”为篇名检索源,运用信息可视化分析软件CiteSpace对国内2000—2021年的873篇论文进行知识图谱绘制与可视化分析后发现:我国国有企业改革的研究热点具有明显的政策引导性,主要集中在体制改革、产权改革、公司治理、混合所有制改革、分类改革等方面,整体呈现由宏观到微观、理论到实践的研究态势,但在学术合作、研究视野、实践深化方面仍然存在局限。因此,继续拓展和深化新时代国有企业改革研究,需进一步加强学术合作,树立国际化研究视野,从战略高度出发,谋划整个经济体系体制的系统改革,继续推进国有企业做强做优做大,为实现第二个百年目标继续奋斗。

The research on the reform of state-owned enterprises has always been a hot topic in the academic circles of China.With changes in reform policies,research hotspots and trends will also change.Based on the Chinese Social Science Citation Index(CSSCI)database,using“state-owned enterprises”and“reform”as the title retrieval sources and the information visualization analysis software CiteSpace,the knowledge map was drawn and visualized for 873 papers published between 2000 and 2021.The research finds out that the research hotspots of China’s state-owned enterprise reform have obvious policy guidance,mainly focusing on system reform,property rights reform,corporate governance,mixed ownership reform,and classification reform,to name just a few.These studies show an overall researching trend from theory to practice,from macro to micro,but there are still limitations in academic cooperation,research vision,and operational depth.Consequently,in expanding and deepening the research on the reform of state-owned enterprises in the new era,we should further strengthen academic cooperation,establish an international research perspective,and plan the systematic reform of the entire economic system from a strategic perspective.By doing so,we can provide impetus for the development of the state-owned enterprises which will grow stronger,bigger and better,and contribute to the realization of the second centenary goal of building China into a modern socialist nation in all respects.
