国内乡村振兴中的绅士化现象研究述评

Review on the Phenomenon of Gentrification in the Revitalization of Rural Areas in China

绅士化作为一种特殊的城乡社会空间发展现象,其相关研究起源于20世纪60年代的英国,并于20世纪末进入国内,引起学者们的广泛关注。经过20多年的发展,国内绅士化研究经历了理论构建期、实证分析期、转变发展期与乡村振兴期四个主要阶段,其研究广泛涉及建筑学、城乡规划学、人文地理学、民族学等多个学科领域。以当前乡村振兴战略实施为背景,对国内不同学科针对绅士化的研究成果进行系统性梳理,探讨国内绅士化研究的历程,从理论本体性研究、城市更新与旧城改造、乡村振兴中的乡村绅士化研究、居住空间分异与利益相关者以及地方情感与社会文化等方面总结研究的内容与特征。未来将呈现出逐步正视绅士化研究价值,重视研究的实践目的,关注政府干预与政策引导,突出使用者的主体地位等研究趋势。

Gentrification is a special phenomenon of urban and rural socio-spatial development.Its research originated in Britain in the 1960 s and was introduced into China at the end of the 20 th century.Ever since then,it has attracted great attention from the scholars.After more than two decades of development,domestic gentrification research has gone through four main stages:theoretical exploration period,empirical analysis period,transformation and development period and rural revitalization.Its research widely involves a number of disciplines such as architecture,urban and rural planning,human geography and ethnography.This paper takes the current implementation of the“rural revitalization”strategy as the background and systematically composes the research results of different disciplines on the issue of gentrification in China.The paper discusses the history of gentrification research in China and summarizes the content and characteristics of the research in terms of theoretical ontology,urban renewal and old city transformation,the study of the rural gentrification in rural revitalization,residential space differentiation and stakeholders,and emotion and social culture.The future research trends will gradually turn to the value of gentrification research;attaching more importance to the practical purpose of research;focusing on government intervention and policy guidance;and highlighting the main position of users.
