舰船金属基材表面防腐蚀层处理与防腐性能研究 被引量:1

Study on anti-corrosion coating treatment and anti-corrosion performance of ship metal substrate surface

摘要 针对舰船金属基材长期应用于复杂环境中极易被腐蚀的问题,研究舰船金属基材表面防腐蚀层处理与防腐性能。利用苯胺与过硫酸铵等原料,采用单体式滴加微乳液法合成酸掺杂态聚苯胺;利用氨水对其脱杂处理,得到本征态聚苯胺。将本征态聚苯胺与纳米氧化锌相结合,获取聚苯胺/纳米氧化锌颗粒粉末,通过添加环氧树脂胺制成防腐蚀涂料,将涂料涂抹于舰船金属基材表面,形成防腐蚀层。对防腐蚀层实施透射电镜测试、盐雾测试以及塔菲尔极化曲线测试等。结果显示:聚苯胺含量提升令防腐蚀层的腐蚀电流密度呈现出先下降后上升再下降的趋势,且聚苯胺/纳米氧化锌颗粒粉末粒径逐渐提升;随着盐雾测试时间延长,舰船金属基材表面出现红锈但未产生气泡,且红锈范围较小;聚苯胺含量为1%的防腐蚀层防腐蚀性能最优。 Aiming at the problem that ship metal substrate is easy to be corroded in complex environment for a long time,the surface anti-corrosion layer treatment and anti-corrosion performance of ship metal substrate are studied.Acid doped polyaniline was synthesized by monomer dropping micro lotion from aniline and ammonium persulfate;The intrinsic polyaniline was obtained by de doping with ammonia water.The intrinsic polyaniline is combined with nano zinc oxide to obtain polyaniline/nano zinc oxide particle powder.The anti-corrosion coating is obtained by adding epoxy resin amine.The coating is applied to the surface of ship metal substrate to form an anti-corrosion layer.Transmission electron microscope test,salt spray test and Tafel polarization curve test were carried out on the anti-corrosion layer.The results showed that the increase of polyaniline content made the corrosion current density of the anti-corrosion layer show a trend of first decreasing,then increasing and then decreasing,and the particle size of polyaniline/nano zinc oxide particles gradually increased.With the extension of salt spray test time,red rust appears on the surface of ship metal substrate,but no bubbles are produced,and the range of red rust is small.The anticorrosive coating with 1%polyaniline has the best anticorrosive performance.
