船舶低速柴油机推进轴系单缸熄火扭振计算

摘要 针对船舶柴油机在航行过程中出现单缸熄火的问题,考虑以柴油机为激励源进行柴油机单缸熄火下的船舶推进轴系扭振计算。引用相关扭振计算理论,分析相关影响因素。本文采用集总参数法建立了惯性圆盘质量点和无质量弹性轴节构成的扭转振动离散系统当量模型,基于VB.NET软件开发平台与Matlab软件进行混合编程,对推进轴系进行频域稳态扭振计算和研究。相关计算结果表明,单缸熄火时对轴系扭振影响增大,但根据船舶相关规范对许用应力的要求,符合规范要求,轴系可以安全运转。 Aiming at the problem of single-cylinder flameout of marine diesel engine during sailing,the torsional vibration of the ship’s propulsion shaft system under diesel engine single-cylinder flameout is considered using diesel engine as the excitation source.The related torsional vibration calculation theory is quoted,and the related influencing factors are analyzed.In this paper,the lumped parameter method is used to establish the equivalent model of the torsional vibration discrete system composed of the mass points of the inertial disk and the massless elastic shaft joints.Based on the VB.NET software development platform and Matlab software for mixed programming,the frequency domain steady-state torsion of the propulsion shaft system is carried out.Vibration calculation and research.According to the relevant calculation results,the impact of the single-cylinder flameout on the torsional vibration of the shaft system increases,but according to the requirements of the relevant ship regulations on the allowable stress,the shaft system can operate safely.
