学生社团管理与发展:一个社会资本理论的分析框架——以开放大学学生社团为例

Student Association Management and Development:An Analytical Framework of Social Capital Theory——Take Student Associations of Open University as an Example

基于社会资本理论视角,探讨开放大学学生社团管理与发展的价值意蕴。由社会资本存量视角审视其现实样态,发现开放大学学生社团管理与发展中存在认知型社会资本有待进一步培育、结构型社会资本规模和效用不足、精英型社会资本培育意识不强等问题。针对社会资本缺失表现,提出应从强化意识、规范管理;扩增规模、提升内涵;健全培养、激励机制等多方面、多举措增量社团社会资本,激活社团活力。

Based on the perspective of social capital theory,this paper discusses the value implications of the management and development of student associations in open university.From the perspective of social capital stock,it is found that there are some problems in the management and development of student organizations in open university,such as undeveloped cognitive social capital,insufficientstructural social capital scale and effectiveness,and low awareness of elite social capital cultivation.In view of the lack of social capital,it puts forward that we should strengthen consciousness and standardize management,expand scale,enhance connotation,andimprove training,incentive mechanism and other aspects of multiple measures to increase the social capital of associations,activate the vitality of associations.
