摘要
针对再用轨使用寿命问题,采用比较分析方法,利用第1次使用干线钢轨下道通过总质量和每千米钢轨重伤数量,结合不同年通过总质量线路钢轨探伤周期、修理性打磨和预防性打磨下再用轨每千米重伤数量变化及使用安全性综合分析,提出了正线和站线60 kg/m再用轨的使用寿命指标。正线再用轨使用寿命为成段再用轨每千米重伤数量达到2~4处时应更换;站线再用轨下道时机为当再用轨出现的肥边、剥离掉块、擦伤、低头、母材或焊缝凹陷、波浪磨耗等伤损达到病害整治标准时应及时更换,发现再用轨重伤或折断时应立即更换。研究结果为补充完善TG/GW 102—2019《普速铁路线路修理规则》提供依据。
In order to investigate the service life of reused rails,based on the comparative analysis method,the total passing mass for the first replacement of reused rails and the number of defects per kilometer were analyzed.Meanwhile,according to the railway with different annual passing mass,rail inspection cycle,corrective and preventive grinding strategy,the evolution of defects amount per kilometer was comprehensively analyzed.The service life of 60 kg/m reused rails for the main line and the station track was proposed.When the total number of serious defects per kilometer of reused rails servicing at the main line reaches 2~4,the rail should be replaced in time.As the reused rail appears fat edge,spalling,wheel burning,base metal or weld depression,corrugation and other defects,which meet the disease treatment standards,the rail should be treated in time.Especially,the seriously injured or broken reused rail should be replaced immediately.The purpose of this paper is to provide a basis suggestion for optimizing TG/GW 102—2019 Repair Rules of Common Speed Railway Lines.
