聚合物乳液对CRTSⅢ型轨道板用快速封锚砂浆性能的影响

Effect of Polymer Emulsion on Properties of Rapid Sealing Anchor Mortar for CRTSⅢType Track Plate

研究了聚合物乳液对CRTSⅢ型轨道板用快速封锚砂浆可工作性能、力学性能、黏结性能、抗渗性能、抗冻性能等的影响,结果表明:聚合物乳液的添加显著降低了封锚砂浆外加拌和水以及体系总用水量,改善了封锚砂浆的可工作性能;聚合物乳液的加入降低了封锚砂浆的抗压强度,但提高了砂浆的韧性;聚合物乳液有效地改善了封锚砂浆与锚穴界面的黏结性能、抗渗性能以及抗冻性能,有效地保证了轨道板质量。

The effects of polymer emulsion on the workability,mechanical properties,bonding properties,frost resistance and impermeability of sealing anchor mortar for CRTS III type track plate were studied.The results showed that the polymer emulsion significantly reduced the amount of additional mixing water and total water content in the system,and improved the workability of sealing anchor mortar.The polymer emulsion decreased the compressive strength of sealing anchor mortar,but the elastic toughness of sealing anchor mortar was improved.The polymer emulsion improved the bonding property,impermeability and frost resistance of the sealing anchor mortar,finally the sealing anchor mortar with the polymer effectively ensured the construction quality of track plate.
