摘要
紧固件作为轮装制动盘与车轮连接的关键部件,其设计和组装质量的优劣将直接影响轮装制动盘的安全性能。通过超声波轴力测试仪和扭矩传感器开展高速动车组检修轮盘螺栓拧紧工艺试验研究。首先通过检测已知型号A型轮盘中新造及检修轮盘的螺栓预紧力及拧紧曲线,确定A型检修轮盘螺栓组装预紧力范围及螺栓拧紧工艺原则;然后结合待开发B型轮盘中新造轮盘的螺栓预紧力范围,进行B型检修轮盘组装过程模拟试验,对比B型检修轮盘不同扭矩-转角工艺对螺栓预紧力离散度和精度的影响,确定B型检修轮盘最优组装工艺;最后采用不同变形量的B型检修轮盘进行组装模拟验证,确定B型检修轮盘组装允许的变形量极限,研究不同变形量对螺栓连接性能的影响。
Fasteners are the key parts of the wheel-mounted brake discs,and their design and assembly quality directly affect the safety performance of wheel-mounted brake discs.Through ultrasonic axial force tester and torque sensor,the experimental study on bolt tightening technology of high-speed EMU maintenance wheel disk was carried out.Firstly,by testing the bolt pre-tightening force and tightening curve of newly built and overhauled wheel discs of A-type,the range of bolt pre-tightening force and bolt tightening principle of A-type overhauled wheel disk were determined.Then,combined with the range of bolt pre-tightening force of B-type newly built wheel disk,the simulation test of assembly process of Btype overhauled wheel disk was carried out,and the influence of different torque-angle processes on bolt pre-tightening force dispersion and accuracy of B-type overhauled wheel disk was compared,and the optimal assembly process of B-type overhauled wheel disk was determined.Finally,different deformation of B-type overhauled wheel disk assembly simulation verification was adopted to determine the allowable deformation limit of B-type overhauled wheel disk assembly,and the influence of different deformation on bolt connection performance was studied.
