摘要
分别对固定式钢轨闪光焊机广泛采用的直线轨道滑动和曲线吊板摆动动架结构进行了多种设计方案对比,并分别建立相应的三维模型,进行了有限元分析。结果表明:对于直线轨道滑动动架结构焊机,将动架结构由2轴增加到4轴,动架与静架之间的横向和垂向刚度可以得到大幅度提高。动架的横向和垂向变形可分别降低5.59倍和1.71倍。因此,4轴结构固定式钢轨闪光焊机具有良好的动架横向和垂向刚度。对于曲线吊板摆动动架结构焊机,同样存在横向刚度不高问题。通过增加对称抗扭板和4水平横梁结构,可使吊板结构焊机动架与静架之间的横向变形降低4.04倍。通过提高焊机动架横向刚度,可进一步改善钢轨焊接接头对中和平直度质量,更适合焊接高速铁路钢轨。
In this paper,various design schemes of the linear track sliding and the curved hanging plate swing movable frame structure widely used in the fixed rail flash butt welding machine were compared,and the corresponding 3D models were established respectively,and then the finite element analysis was carried out.The results show that,for welding machine with the linear track sliding movable frame structure,the lateral and vertical stiffness between the movable frame and the fixed frame can be greatly improved by increasing the movable frame structure axes from two to four.The lateral and vertical deformation of the movable frame can be reduced by 5.59 and 1.71 times respectively.Therefore,the four-axis structure fixed rail flash butt welding machine has good lateral and vertical rigidity of the movable frame.For the structural welding machine of the swinging movable frame of the curved hanging plate,there is also the problem of low lateral rigidity.By adding a symmetrical torsion plate and four horizontal beam structures,the lateral deformation between the welding machine frame and the fixed frame of the hanger plate structure can be reduced by 4 times.By improving the lateral stiffness of the welding machine frame,the alignment and straightness quality of the rail welding joint can be further improved,and it is more suitable for welding high-speed railway rails.
