摘要
随着我国高速铁路的迅速发展,钢轨焊接接头探伤问题显得尤为重要。利用大数据分析了不同探伤问题,对于其中难以处理的过烧现象导致的大范围探伤出波问题进行了研究。结果表明:焊缝热量与过烧缺陷间存在反向关联,即随着焊接热量的增大,过烧型探伤缺陷的比例逐渐降低。因此,可以利用调整焊接工艺的方法减少此类问题的发生。
With the rapid development of high-speed railway in China,rail welding defects detection is particularly important.Big data analysis was used to analyze different defects,and was used to study large-scale defects detection wave caused by over burning phenomena.The results indicate that there is a reverse correlation between the welding heat and the over burning defect.As the welding heat increases,the proportion of over burning type defects gradually decreases.Therefore,it is possible to reduce the occurrence of such problems by using the method of adjusting the welding process.
