摘要
采用热处理方法探索废旧玻璃钢中玻璃纤维材料的回收工艺,测试不同热处理温度及时间条件下玻璃纤维和回收纤维的拉伸强度变化关系,初步探索了热处理法回收玻璃钢中纤维材料的工艺方案。研究结果表明:300~600℃为热处理回收玻璃钢纤维材料的适宜温度区间,低于300℃树脂分解缓慢,高于600℃玻璃纤维将老化变脆,为保持回收纤维的力学性能,应尽可能选择在300~600℃温度区间低温、短时间的热处理工艺。在后续的研究工作中,应重点关注改善玻璃纤维力学性能下降、有机废气处理等问题。
The recovery process of fiberglass materials from waste glass fiber reinforced plastic was explored by heat treatment method,the relationship between the tensile strength of fiberglass and recycled fiber under different heat treatment temperature and time was tested,and the process scheme of recovering fiberglass materials from waste glass fiber reinforced plastic was preliminarily explored.The results show that 300~600℃is the appropriate temperature range for heat treatment recovery,below 300℃the resin decomposes slowly,and above 600℃,the glass fiber will become brittle,in order to maintain the mechanical properties of recovered fiber,low temperature and short time heat treatment process should be selected.In the following up research work,we should focus on improving the mechanical properties of recycled fibers and treating organic waste gas.
