摘要
目的探索肠道病毒68型(Enterovirus D68,EV-D68)分离株VP1区序列分子流行病学特征和毒株遗传进化规律。方法应用生物信息学软件,分析EV-D68分离株密码子偏爱性、选择压力位点和氨基酸置换熵值。结果EV-D68分离株VP1区序列ENC均值为46.27,密码子偏爱A/U结尾,ENC-Plot绘图、中性绘图和奇偶规则绘图等分析显示自然选择是影响密码子使用模式的主要因素。发现2个正向选择位点和5个氨基酸易突变位点。结论EV-D68分离株密码子偏爱性较弱,毒株进化整体处于负选择压力下,以自身进化为主,受自然选择压力影响。
Objective To explore the molecular epidemiological characteristics and genetic evolution patterns of VP1 region of enterovirus 68(EV-D68)by bioinformatics analysis.Methods The bioinformatics software were used to the analyze codon usage bias,selection pressure sites and amino acid replacement entropy of EV-D68 strains.Results The average value of ENC in VP1 region of EV-D68 was 46.27,the codon preferred A/U ending;ENC-Plot,neutral plot and parity rule analysis showed that natural selection was the main factor affecting codon usage pattern.A total of 2 positive selection sites and 5 amino acid mutation sites were found.Conclusion The codon usage bias of EV-D68 isolated strain is weak,the evolution of the virus is under negative selection pressure with mainly self evolution,which is affected by natural selection pressure.
