摘要
目前,还没有一种可靠的方法能够通过现场数据,对灌浆套管中的注浆体密度缺陷进行定性和定量分析。利用冲击回波法来鉴别套管接头的密实度,并与实测密实度进行对比。实验数据表明,对于灌浆密实度60%~100%的套管接头,采用冲击回波法估算灌浆密实度与实际灌浆密实度相差低于5%,精确度较高。
At present,there is no reliable method according to spot data which can qualitatively and quantita-tive analysis of the density defects in the grouting sleeve in the pipes.Uses the impact echo method to identify the denseness of the sleeve joint,and compares it with the actual density.The experimental data shows that for the pipe joints with a grouting density of 60%to 100%,the difference between the grouting density estimated using shock echo method and actual grouting destiny.
