振动测试法在幕墙结构胶粘结玻璃面板坠落风险检测中的应用

摘要 针对建筑玻璃幕墙结构胶粘结玻璃面板整片脱落导致严重事故的问题,应用动力测试技术对在役玻璃幕墙的玻璃面板进行测试,以获得玻璃面板的实测基频。同时,测量玻璃面板的尺寸和厚度,来计算玻璃面板理论基频的上下限值。通过玻璃面板实测基频与理论基频的上下限比较,验证了通过振动法测量玻璃面板固有频率来识别建筑结构胶结构松动损伤的可行性。 Aiming at the problem of the serious accident caused by the whole piece of glass panel falling off of the building glass curtain wall structure,the dynamic test technology is applied to test the glass panels of glass curtain wall in service.The sizes of glass panels are measured to calculate the theoretial fundamental frequency limits of the glass panel.The comparison between the actual fundamental frequency and the theoretic fundamental frequency limits could verify the possibility of the identification of the looseness damage of building structual adhesive by the means of vibration test method.
