摘要
为评价水稻资源耐盐能力,筛选耐盐品种,对来自中国农业科学研究院种质资源库的60个水稻品种(系)进行芽期耐盐试验。用盐浓度分别为0、0.3%、0.5%和0.7%的NaCl进行胁迫后,通过测定其发芽率、根长、芽长、芽鲜重、干重以及侧根数目,并采用主成分、隶属函数和聚类分析等方法综合评价各品系的耐盐水平。获得的耐盐品种主要有Bate Aus、Bhat Mukhu和水原295,盐敏感的品种有IRAT109、TAE GU NA、农林108和水原303。结果可为后续盐胁迫相关基因定位和品种选育奠定基础。
To evaluate rice salt tolerance and select tolerant germplasms, 60 rice lines from the germplasm bank of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences were tested for salt tolerance at the germination stage. After stressing with different NaCl concentrations, i.e. 0, 0.3%, 0.5% and 0.7%, the germination rate, root length, shoot length,fresh weight and dry weight, and root number of the rice lines were measured, and main components, membership functions and cluster analysis were exploited to examine salt-tolerant performance. The obtained tolerant rice germplasms included Bate Aus, Bhat Mukhu and Shuiyuan 295, and sensitive varieties were IRAT109, TAE GU NA,Nonglin 108 and Shuiyuan 303. These results will be used for the study of tolerant gene and breed selection.
