基于有限元方法的换热器内部管路传热特性分析

摘要 为了研究换热器内部管路对传热介质流场特性的影响,基于有限元分析方法建立了换热管模型,通过Fluent软件求解出换热管截面的速度场、压力场和温度场特性。建立了换热管和折流板的整体模型,通过ANSYS Workbench软件对自由模态特性进行仿真计算,得到了振型结果。研究结果表明,换热器内部的管路利于传热效率的提升,上层折流板在共振频率下容易发生较大变形。 In order to study the influence of the internal pipeline of the heat exchanger on the flow field characteristics of the heat transfer medium, a heat exchange tube model was established based on the finite element analysis method. The velocity field, pressure field and temperature field characteristics of the heat exchange tube section were solved by FLUENT software. The overall model of the heat exchange tube and baffle was established,and the free modal characteristics were simulated and calculated by ANSYS Workbench software, and the mode shape results were obtained. The research results showed that the pipeline inside the heat exchanger was conducive to the improvement of heat transfer efficiency, and the upper baffle was prone to large deformation at the resonance frequency.
