2019年,我国发布了《危险货物道路运输安全管理办法》,该管理办法要求液体危险货物常压罐式车辆的罐体检验合格证书上要包含适装介质列表等内容。目前,市面上存在各式各样的适装介质列表,有的列表中标注了上百种介质,难免令人怀疑其合理性。液体危险货物常压罐式车辆如果装运了不适合的介质,有可能会引起泄漏、燃烧和爆炸等事故。根据我国相关标准和法规的要求探讨适装介质的合理认定。

In 2019, China issued the Administrative Measures for the Safety of Road Transport of Dangerous Goods, which required that the tank inspection certificate of atmospheric pressure tank vehicles for liquid dangerous goods should include a list of suitable media and other contents. At present, there were various lists of suitable media on the market, and some lists were marked with hundreds of media, which inevitably made people doubt their rationality. Liquid dangerous goods atmospheric tank vehicles might cause accidents such as leakage, combustion and explosion if they were loaded with unsuitable media. According to the requirements of relevant standards and regulations, the reasonable identification of suitable media was discussed.
