摘要 三氟氯乙烯(CTFE)是合成含氟材料的重要单体,某氟化工企业的CTFE生产装置首次定期检验时发现反应回流塔塔下部法兰与筒体连接的角焊缝产生了腐蚀开裂,详细分析了其产生开裂的原因,并提出了相应的改进措施。 Chlorotrifluoroethylene(CTFE)was an important monomer for the synthesis of fluorine-containing materials.During the first regular inspection of the CTFE production unit of a fluorine chemical enterprise,it was found that the fillet weld connecting the lower flange of the reaction reflux tower and the cylinder body had corrosion cracking.The reasons for the cracking were analyzed in detail,and corresponding improvement measures were put forward.
