摘要 随着互联网和新媒体的快速发展,视频行业面临着激烈的市场竞争。广电网络公客电视业务作为广播电视行业的战略基础,发展趋势不容乐观。通过对福建广电网络现状进行研究,分析目前发展的现状和特点,运用市场营销组合中的6Ps理论,为广电网络公司提出有针对性的差异化营销策略。 With the rapid development of the Internet and new media,the video industry is facing fierce market competition.As the strategic foundation of the radio and television industry,the public-customer television business of the radio and television network is not optimistic about the development trend.Through the research on the current situation of Fujian radio and television network,the current situation and characteristics of the current development are analyzed,and the 6Ps theory in the marketing mix is used to propose a targeted and differentiated marketing strategy for the radio and television network company.
