经结膜入路上颌前间隙眶隔脂肪重置矫正眼袋伴泪沟畸形

Orbital septal fat repositioning in the premaxillary space through transconjunctival approach for correction of eye bags with tear trough deformity

目的 探析经结膜入路上颌前间隙眶隔脂肪重置矫正眼袋伴泪沟畸形的应用效果。方法 选择2020年1月-2021年12月,本院收治的88例眼袋伴泪沟畸形患者作为研究对象,均接受经结膜入路上颌前间隙眶隔脂肪重置矫正治疗。比较88例患者治疗前后的眼部解剖结构状态、并发症及跟踪随访情况、手术效果。结果 88例患者治疗后的睑袋高、睑袋长、泪槽高、泪槽长检测值显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。88例患者接受经结膜入路上颌前间隙眶隔脂肪重置矫正治疗后,并发症总发生率7.95%(7/88);跟踪随访3个月,眼袋复发6例,占比6.82%;治疗总有效率93.18%(82/88)。结论 将经结膜入路上颌前间隙眶隔脂肪重置矫正治疗应用到眼袋伴泪沟畸形患者的临床诊疗中,可帮助患者达较好的眼袋、泪沟消除效果,利于患者面部外貌美观度的恢复,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of transconjunctival approach in premaxillary space orbital septal fat repositioning in correction of eye bags with tear trough deformity.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,88 patients with eye bags and tear trough deformity who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and they all received transconjunctival approach to the premaxillary space orbital septal fat replacement correction.The ocular anatomical structure status,complications,follow-up and operation effects of 88 patients before and after treatment were compared.Results The detection values of eyelid bag height,eyelid bag length,tear trough height and tear trough length of 88 patients after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After 88 patients underwent transconjunctival approach to the premaxillary space orbital septal fat replacement,the total incidence of complications was 7.95% (7/88);after 3 months of follow-up,6 cases of eye bags recurred,accounting for 6.82%;The total effective rate was 93.18% (82/88).Conclusion The application of transconjunctival approach to premaxillary space orbital septal fat repositioning in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with eye bags and tear groove deformities can help patients achieve better removal of eye bags and tear grooves,and is beneficial to the aesthetic appearance of patients.The recovery is worthy of promotion and application.
