微聚焦超声技术对改善颌颈部脂肪堆积的效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨微聚焦超声技术对患者颌颈部脂肪堆积的改善效果。方法 回顾性选择2021年7月到2022年1月到我院进行治疗的颌颈部脂肪堆积患者32例,对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。应用微聚焦超声技术对患者进行治疗,使用半岛超声治疗仪,应用4 MHz频率,深度为4.5mm和3.0mm的治疗头。通过面部整体美容效果改善评分(GAIS)、患者满意度,对比患者治疗前及治疗后3个月颌颈部形态变化,对患者的治疗疗效进行评估。结果 医师评价9例患者明显改善、15例患者中度改善、6例患者轻微改善,总改善度为93.75%;在患者自评中14例患者明显改善、12例患者中度改善、4例患者轻微改善,总改善度为96.87%,两组数据比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);治疗3个月后,所有患者对治疗满意度进行评价,在32例患者中非常满意11例、满意19例、不满意2例,总满意度为93.75%,结论 微聚焦超声技术能够有效收紧下颌区域软组织,改善下面部轮廓不佳、颌颈部脂肪堆积的情况,是一种安全有效、无创且恢复快的治疗技术。 Objective To investigate the improvement effect of micro-focused ultrasound technology on fat accumulation in the jaw and neck of patients.Methods Retrospectively,32 patients with neck fat accumulation who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to November 2021 were selected,and the clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were treated with micro-focused ultrasound technology,using the Peninsula Ultrasound Therapy Apparatus,with a 4 MHz frequency and a treatment head with a depth of 4.5 mm and 3.0 mm.The treatment efficacy of the patients was evaluated by comparing the morphological changes of the jaw and neck of the patients 3 months before and after treatment by using Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale (GAIS) and patient satisfaction.Results 9 patients were significantly improved,15 patients were moderately improved,6 patients were slightly improved,and the total improvement rate was 93.75%;in the self-assessment of patients,14 patients were significantly improved,12 patients were moderately improved,and 4 were significantly improved.The patients improved slightly,with a total improvement rate of 96.87%,and there was no significant difference in the data between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,all patients evaluated their satisfaction with the treatment,and among the 32 patients,11 were very satisfied,19 cases were satisfied and 2 cases were dissatisfied,with a total satisfaction rate of 93.75%.Conclusion Micro-focused ultrasound technology can effectively tighten the soft tissue in the mandibular region,improve the poor contour of the lower face and the accumulation of fat in the jaw and neck.It is a safe and effective method.,non-invasive and fast recovery treatment technology.
