浙江省某强制隔离戒毒所戒毒人员急救素养水平及影响因素

First aid literacy level and influencing factors of drug addicts in a compulsory isolation and rehabilitation center in Zhejiang Province

目的了解男性强制隔离戒毒人员(以下简称“强戒人员”)急救素养水平,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法对浙江省拱宸强制隔离戒毒所611名在管男性强戒人员进行问卷调查,比较不同情况强戒人员的急救素养水平,分析强戒人员总体急救素养的影响因素。结果63.0%的调查对象接受过急救培训,总体急救素养水平为3.9%,其中,求助电话知识、海姆立克法技能、心肺复苏技能、常见急重症和家庭急救知识与技能4个维度的具备率分别为84.8%、6.1%、8.3%和13.7%。Logistic回归分析显示,接受过培训、文化程度越高的男性强戒人员急救素养水平越高(P<0.05)。调查对象的急救信念平均得分为(39.22±5.97)分;92.7%同意“越早发现、越早处理,急救成功率越高”的说法,88.9%认为学习急救知识和技能很有必要;不敢施救的原因中,26.2%表示为“担心自己要承担后果”,24.6%担心被讹诈,19.6%则担心被传染。结论男性强戒人员急救素养水平较低,尤其是急救技能较为缺乏,但急救信念认同和培训意愿均较高。

Objective To understand the first aid literacy level of male drug addicts in compulsory isolation(hereinafter referred to as“strong abstainers”)and to provide a basis for formulating intervention measures.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 611 male compulsory abstainers in Zhejiang Province Gongchen compulsory isolation and rehabilitation center.The first aid literacy levels of compulsory abstainers in different situations were compared,and the influencing factors of the overall first aid literacy were analyzed.Results There was 63.0%of the respondents had received first aid training,and the overall first aid literacy level was 3.9%.Among them,the availability rates of the four dimensions of help phone knowledge,Heimlich skills,cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills,common acute and severe cases,and family first aid knowledge and skills were 84.8%,6.1%,8.3%,and 13.7%,respectively.Logistic regression analysis showed that the higher the training and education level,the higher the first-aid literacy level of male strong abstinence personnel(P<0.05).The respondents'average score on the first aid belief was(39.22±5.97)points.92.7%agreed with the statement that“the sooner we find and deal with it,the higher the success rate of first aid,”and 88.9%believed that it was necessary to learn first aid knowledge and skills.Among the reasons for not daring to rescue,26.2%said they were“worried about the consequences,”24.6%worried about being blackmailed,and 19.6%worried about being infected.Conclusions The level of first aid literacy of strong male abstainers is low,especially the lack of first aid skills,but the first aid belief recognition and training willingness are high.
