摘要 应对国家高端制造、智能制造发展趋势,以海量工业数据为基础并具备跨平台、跨系统特点的网络协同制造模式成为新的工业发展方向。如何对智能工厂进行全面监测,实现监测数据在云-边-端三层架构的流通过程,成为网络协同制造的重要技术之一。对比总结了当前主要的远程过程调用(Remote Procedure Call,RPC)和网络通信技术,提出了基于RESTful Web Services的云边数据交换方法。该方法以生产要素静态属性和动态属性数据的描述为基础,采用基于网络的模块化组件(Web Services)技术的开放接口实现工业数据对接云端,满足网络协同制造跨平台、跨系统的要求,同时RESTful风格又使得数据交换更为轻便、高效和易于开发实现。 In response to the development trend of advanced manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing in China,a network collaborative manufacturing model based on massive industrial data and with cross-platform and cross-system characteristics has become a new industrial development direction.How to comprehensively monitor the smart factory and realize the circulation process of monitoring data at the three levels of cloud-edge-end has become one of the important technologies of network collaborative manufacturing.After comparing and summarizing the current main Remote Procedure Call(RPC)and network communication technologies,a cloud-edge data exchange method based on RESTful Web Services was proposed.This method is based on the description of static attributes and dynamic parameters of production factors,and the open interface of Web Services was used to realize industrial data access to the cloud,which meets the requirements of network collaborative manufacturing on cross-platform and cross-system.Furthermore,the RESTful style makes data exchange more convenient,efficient,easy to develop and implement.
