摘要
为提高纯电动汽车的经济性,提出了一种基于目标工况的纯电动汽车动力系统结构参数与整车控制参数集成优化方法。为了兼顾纯电动汽车的动力性要求,确定动力参数的边界条件,基于郑州某路公交车的实际行驶工况,利用正交试验方法分析了不同整车控制参数对经济性的影响度,选取了5个整车控制参数作为优化目标。利用Matlab/Simulink、CRUISE及Isight这3个软件进行了联合仿真,对动力系统结构参数与整车控制参数进行了集成优化。仿真结果表明:在目标工况下,利用集成优化的方法,纯电动汽车百公里燃料消耗量相比于优化前降低了10.8%;相比于传统的分段优化,优化效能提升了16.9%。
In order to improve the economy of pure electric vehicles,an integrated optimization method of pure electric vehicle power system structure parameters and vehicle control parameters based on target operating conditions was proposed.In order to take into account the power requirements of pure electric vehicles and determine the boundary conditions of the power parameters,based on the actual driving conditions of a bus in Zhengzhou,the orthogonal test method was used to analyze the impact of different vehicle control parameters on the economy,and five control parameters were used as optimization targets.The three softwares Matlab/Simulink,CRUISE and Isight were used to carry out co-simulation,and the structural parameters of the power system and the vehicle control parameters were integrated and optimized.The simulation results show that under the target conditions,using the integrated optimization method,the fuel consumption of pure electric vehicles per 100 kilometers is reduced by 10.8%compared to before optimization;compared with the traditional segmented optimization,the optimization capability is increased by 16.9%.
