摘要
在永磁电动机的生产流水线上,针对磁钢装配时永磁体与安装槽难以对齐的问题,设计了以机器视觉技术为基础的磁钢装配检测系统。该系统采用STM32F429微处理器,通过OV5640图像传感器采集夹具内的转子位置图像,然后根据电机转子的特点提取图像特征,计算偏转角度后发送给主控制器进行纠偏至标准位置,最后进入插磁阶段,完成自动磁钢的装配过程。系统经过试验测试,随机误差较小,满足实际需求。
In the production line of permanent magnet motor,aiming at the problem that it is difficult to align the permanent magnet with the installation slot when assembling the magnetic steel,a magnetic steel assembly detection system based on machine vision technology was designed.The system adopts STM32F429 microprocessor,collects the rotor position image in the positioning slot through OV5640 image sensor,extracts the image features according to the characteristics of the motor rotor,calculates the offset angle,and sends it to the main controller to correct the deviation to the standard position,and finally enters the magnetic insertion stage to complete the assembly process of the automatic magnetic steel.After the test,the random error of the system is small,which meets the actual needs.
